We are seeking a Project & Program Management Consultant I to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple low-complexity projects or programs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, stay on schedule, and adhere to quality standards. You will gain hands-on experience managing project lifecycles while building project management skills under mentorship from senior managers. Accountabilities

As a Project & Program Management Consultant I, you will:

• Assess and report project or program health, providing transparency and accurate status updates.
• Engage stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide direction and oversight to ensure projects meet business requirements and success factors.
• Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans, deliverables, and requirements.
• Act as an internal advocate for your projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate project risks or issues as needed.
• Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs while supporting team execution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 or more years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
• Familiarity with project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, track progress, and deliver results within timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address project challenges.
• Capacity to work in a structured, mentorship-driven environment and take initiative when required.
