Project Manager II

We are seeking a Project Manager II who is responsible for successfully leading medium to large sized projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require coordination of Professional Services resources, schedule management of project deliverables, customer issue resolution, creation of project plans, status reports and project documentation, mentoring Project Manager I team members as well as cross-functional collaboration. This role will deliver under tight timelines while managing multiple medium to large projects and supporting senior team members for Intelerad’s Professional Services team. Additionally, this role will work to manage and oversee project financial management and successful project deliveries within time and budget.

The focus and mission of this role is to proactively ensure customer projects achieve the desired results at all stages of their journey with our products, realizing the full value of our software and services.

Responsibilities & Duties

Leadership

• Assist in Project Planning for medium and large sized projects

• Schedule Management

• Support Implementation Team Coordination

• Assist with Customer Issue Resolution

• Create and distribute status reports, meeting minutes and project documentation

• Participate and guide cross-departmental coordination

• Plan, update and execute project plans

• Mentor Project Manager I roles

Client Relationship

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer projects

• Display skills of a qualified subject matter expert in Project Management and a Trusted Advisor

• Foster trust in successful delivery of milestones that are essential to on-time and on-budget project completion

• Through proactive and regular communications, build relationships with all customers to gain a deep understanding of clients' unique environments

• Initiate and manage the escalation process for serious customer project issues and navigate solutions cross-functionally

• Prepare, manage and communicate key information on client projects on a regular basis to key stakeholders both internally and externally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management related roles

• Ability to qualify for PMP certification within 12 months of service

Desired Competencies

• CAPM or PMP certification(s)

• Ability to build relationships with clients at operational and executive levels

• Demonstrate collaborative partnership with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 25% of travel, mainly throughout North America.

The base pay for this position ranges from $63,500/yr to $84,700/yr USD within any geographic market in the US. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
