This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cloud and SaaS projects, managing multi-vendor teams while ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will work with cutting-edge cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, overseeing initiatives that include AI, data governance, and MLOps. The position demands strong project management skills in Agile-at-Scale environments and requires strategic oversight of financials, vendor ecosystems, and change management. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT and business units, driving successful adoption and ensuring high-quality project outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end cloud and SaaS projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Navigate multi-vendor and internal IT environments to coordinate project activities.
- Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and cost optimization to support project decisions.
- Oversee data and AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance, ethical AI standards, and MLOps practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage project risks, and drive change adoption.
- Track progress, generate status reports, and ensure adherence to project management frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solutions, including security, scalability, and integration.
- Experience managing projects using Agile-at-Scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile).
- Skills in financial modeling, cost forecasting, and budget management.
- Exposure to data governance, AI, and MLOps initiatives.
- Experience coordinating vendors in multi-cloud/SaaS environments.
- Industry experience in energy or utilities preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, Cloud certifications) are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
