This role offers a dynamic opportunity to provide technical expertise and guidance for federal and DoD customers, supporting pre-sales initiatives, system architecture, and complex deployments. You will collaborate with sales teams, partners, and clients to translate mission objectives into robust technical solutions, while delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations. You will play a key role in shaping architectural strategies, driving adoption of solutions, and mentoring technical teams. This position requires a combination of deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities:
- Conduct live and virtual customer presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to federal and DoD requirements.
- Implement and manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) from initiation to technical closure.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support, including solution architecture guidance and technical expertise.
- Partner with sales and product teams to secure new business and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Support lead generation activities such as webinars, events, and user groups.
- Deploy and integrate software solutions into complex federal IT environments.
Requirements
ยท Active Top Secret clearance.
- Federal mission/program experience (DoD/IC).
- Proficiency with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AHV, RHV, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platforms (government cloud).
- Expert knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and virtual production storage strategies.
- Familiarity with NIST 800, STIGs, AI Platforms (Varonis/BIG ID), FedRAMP, and ATO processes.
- Demonstrated technical pre-sales or solution sales experience.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills, time management, and ability to adapt to changing responsibilities.
- Industry certifications relevant to data protection and federal systems are desirable.
- Willingness to travel 50โ75% as required.
