We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex marketing transformation initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams, consulting partners, and business stakeholders. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight, ensuring projects align with enterprise goals while delivering measurable outcomes. You will act as a key influencer, guiding cross-functional teams, integrating new technologies, and promoting process improvements. Accountabilities

• Lead strategic marketing transformation programs across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Orchestrate end-to-end initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with consulting partners and senior business stakeholders, providing guidance, thought leadership, and challenge where appropriate.
• Drive process, technology, and functional improvements within marketing and sales operations.
• Onboard and integrate new resources, ensuring team alignment and optimal performance.
• Deliver structured progress updates, insights, and recommendations to senior executives.
• Promote information security best practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and safeguarding sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Strong background in marketing or digital marketing transformation at scale.
• Ability to connect strategic business drivers to process, technology, and organizational levers.
• Track record of influencing outcomes, taking ownership, and driving results in collaboration with consulting partners.
• Experience with enterprise AI marketing platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Copilot Studio), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs) in marketing applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: experience partnering with top-tier consulting firms and working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
