Sr. Program Manager, AI Solutions

About the Role

We’re seeking a top tierProgram Manager – AI Solutions to support end-to-end implementation of AI solutions at enterprise customer organizations. You will establish and maintain robust project management infrastructure, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions that deliver against customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of Generative AI with some of the leading brands in the world.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions projects—from requirements gathering through development, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  
  
• Project Management Infrastructure: Design and implement standardized processes, tools, and templates (e.g., status dashboards, delivery templates) to support consistent, scalable AI solution delivery.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Applied AI, Research, Product, and Engineering to drive alignment and remove roadblocks.
  
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on customer project status, milestones, and risks.
  
  
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues appropriately, and document resolutions to continuously improve delivery processes.
  
  
• Resource & Budget Planning: Define resource requirements, track team and project utilization, and optimize allocation across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
  
  
• Change Management: Develop and execute change-management plans (training materials, user guides, rollout schedules) to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions within the business.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze post-implementation metrics, collect stakeholder feedback, and drive lessons-learned sessions to refine methodologies and accelerate future deployments.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience at a technology or consulting/services company focused on technology implementation and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex, multi-stakeholder technology delivery projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency with project-management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of building and scaling PM infrastructures.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $130,000-$150,000 USD if based in the US and between $100,000-$120,000 CAD if based in Canada. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
