This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape AI-driven technology products that enhance customer and agent experiences across complex workflows. You will be responsible for driving discovery, experimentation, strategy, and delivery of technical solutions, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams. The position emphasizes a data-driven approach to product management, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and align with business goals. You will guide products through all stages of the lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to launching and iterating solutions. The role offers the ability to work in an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment while influencing meaningful outcomes for end-users.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct research to identify and understand user needs, including interviews, literature reviews, support analysis, and product analytics.
- Participate in assumption and opportunity mapping with cross-functional teams to validate potential solutions.
- Capture enhancement requests, prioritize initiatives, and develop product roadmaps and strategies aligned with portfolio goals.
- Break initiatives into epics and user stories, collaborating with engineering to ensure effective implementation and tracking progress toward outcomes.
- Coordinate sprint planning, track progress, and remove or escalate dependencies.
- Work with analytics teams to define metrics for user experience, adoption, and product performance.
- Prepare release notes, maintain living documents, and support rollout activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of product management or product design experience, including managing complex initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics, handling all stages of product delivery, and representing diverse stakeholders.
- 1+ years working with AI products and development techniques; 5+ years in AI, data science, or machine learning domains preferred.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, product development lifecycles, and agile software delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance technology, P&C insurance, or related technical domains is a plus.
