As a .Net Developer, you will design, build, and maintain web-based applications and ERP solutions, ensuring seamless performance across multiple platforms. You will work closely with analysts, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop software that meets business requirements while supporting the full application lifecycle. This role involves coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications, as well as improving existing systems to enhance efficiency and user experience. You will participate in Agile development processes, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and stay current with industry trends to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software.
- Create and maintain documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and specifications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in collaboration with network, database, and system teams.
- Implement and maintain applications compatible with major web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Support software throughout its lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with development tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications.
- Proficient in .NET Framework, MVC, VB, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including MS SQL Server 2014/16/2019, SQL reporting services, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and software debugging skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service communication skills.
- Preferred: SharePoint 2016, PowerShell scripting, IIS, and mobile application development experience.
