This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects, building and maintaining high-performance, scalable .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend services, responsive front-end interfaces, and integrated ML-driven features. Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack .NET applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop backend services integrating with third-party APIs and SMS providers, while building frontend interfaces with Razor/Blazor, Radzen components, and CSS Bootstrap.
- Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices in .NET and REST API development.
- Integrate ML.NET models for predictive analytics and workflow enhancements.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in Kubernetes-based microservices environments with Docker.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers to promote technical excellence.
- Perform unit, integration, and automated testing using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust Security Clearance.
- 6+ years of .NET development experience, including full-stack expertise.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, Razor/Blazor, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like CSS Bootstrap and Radzen components.
- Experience with ML.NET integration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in federal consulting projects.
