This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. You will leverage first-party and third-party data to drive audience engagement, optimize advertising campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams. Working closely with sales, marketing, and content teams, you will translate complex analytics into strategic decisions that influence customer acquisition, retention, and campaign performance. This position balances technical expertise with leadership, creativity, and collaboration, providing the chance to shape data strategy, improve operational efficiency, and directly impact business outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of political marketing strategies using CRM, transactional, behavioral, and third-party data sources.
- Collaborate with sales teams and key clients to present insights, campaign performance results, and optimization recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external data providers and technology partners.
- Identify and activate high-value audience segments for digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain marketing attribution models to measure campaign impact and ROI.
- Partner with content teams to analyze engagement data, optimize content placement, and improve audience retention.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Monitor digital consumption patterns to uncover trends and opportunities for audience growth.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws in analytics and audience activation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, audience targeting, or advertiser data solutions in media, agency, or AdTech environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) for digital audience activation.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills across departments.
