In this role, you will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, guiding organizations to optimize their customer data strategies and enterprise architecture. You will design and implement scalable, enterprise-level solutions that leverage Salesforce Data 360 and other Customer Data Platform technologies. Your expertise will enable clients to unify, transform, and activate their data effectively, ensuring compliance and data governance best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship of other Salesforce professionals will be key to your impact. You will lead workshops, document solutions, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. Accountabilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce Data 360 and related platforms, guiding clients on best practices.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess data landscapes, integrations, and ingestion methods.
- Design, configure, and implement enterprise-scale solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability.
- Apply advanced knowledge of data modeling, transformations, calculated insights, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Develop or advise on complex SQL queries and code for Data 360 APIs and Salesforce platform integrations.
- Document technical solutions, prepare deliverables, and facilitate workshops for cross-functional teams.
- Mentor other Salesforce professionals and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Proven expertise in data governance, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering detailed solution documentation.
- Strong background in enterprise-level architecture, data integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Salesforce Data 360 Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
