In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting and integrating multiple software systems within an enterprise environment, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. You will design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP systems (D365) and third-party applications, supporting key functions such as finance, accounting, and supply chain. Your work will enable accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and streamlined processes across the organization. Collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders will be central to success, alongside monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. This position offers a dynamic environment for problem-solvers who thrive on technical challenges and continuous process improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, design, and execute system integration projects to ensure interoperability between ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain SnapLogic pipelines, scripts, and field/table configurations to support seamless data exchange.
- Manage EDI and electronic fund transfer (EFT) setups, mappings, and automated notifications.
- Collaborate with ISVs, technical partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and support ERP upgrades.
- Analyze business processes and ERP system capabilities to identify areas for improvement or new functionalities.
- Facilitate end-user training and create documentation to ensure effective use of integrated systems.
- Evaluate new integration tools and technologies to support scalability and organizational growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 and integrating third-party APIs or ISVs.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP integration, project management, or related technical roles.
- 1-2 years of experience with SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of business processes, compliance requirements, and ERP best practices.
- Proficiency in script development, testing, and auditing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
