Acumatica is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for our growing team. The Services Implementation Consultant leads the deployment of Acumatica solutions by collaborating with clients to understand business requirements, configure software, and ensure successful go-live outcomes. This role bridges technical capabilities with business processes, driving value through tailored implementations and ongoing client support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.
Gather and analyze client business requirements through discovery sessions and documentation review to inform solution design.
Configure software modules based on client specifications and best practices to meet operational needs.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet functional and technical requirements.
Train end-users and client stakeholders on functionality and processes to promote adoption and self-sufficiency.
Provide post-implementation support including issue resolution, optimization recommendations, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, support, and sales to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Document implementation activities including configuration details, decisions, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
Stay current on product updates and industry trends to continuously improve implementation strategies and client outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Understanding of ERP systems and their core modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
- Awareness of data migration strategies and integration techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms (preferred).
- Understanding of change management principles in enterprise software deployments.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data structures.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs used in ERP environments (preferred).
- Ability to configure ERP modules based on client business requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Competence in creating functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Skill in conducting client workshops, training sessions, and system walkthroughs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration or data-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SQL or other query languages (preferred).
- Skill in interpreting and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple Acumatica implementation projects and meet delivery timelines.
- Capacity to learn and apply new concepts and technologies rapidly.
- Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (preferred).

For this role, the salary range is $125,000-$138,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
