Cloud Developer (Remote/LatAm)

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that power scalable, secure, and high-performance financial applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless integration, reliability, and speed of digital services. Your expertise will guide the architecture, infrastructure patterns, and operational processes that enable a robust cloud environment. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Establish architecture patterns, development processes, and operational best practices.
• Integrate cloud tools and services to optimize development workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and product development teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure application delivery.
• Participate in Agile development processes and provide constructive feedback to improve team efficiency.
• Design and implement microservices and cloud-native architectures following modern software principles.
• Monitor and optimize cloud applications for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in object-oriented programming (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL) and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience with containerization (Docker), version control (GIT), and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud-native design, 12-factor applications, and scalable application architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and message queues is desirable.
• Experience working in Agile teams and translating technical insights into actionable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
