We are passionate about software quality, software design, TDD, and mentoring + culture. We have experience as Lead Backend Engineers building applications with the Python/Django ecosystem. We have built systems from the ground up in startups and have experience leading backend teams. Our expertise includes working on Enterprise-grade software and refactoring legacy systems. We are proficient in code reviews, pair programming, and setting up best practices. Hiring and mentoring are also key aspects of our experience. We are strong believers in open-source and regularly contribute to blogs.
