We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer and Support Engineer to take ownership of the development, customization, and support of our Dynamics 365 instance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and product managers in an Agile SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications aligned with best practices
- Build and maintain Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI reports)
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and.NET
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure-based services
- Monitor CRM performance and proactively resolve operational issues
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases supporting Dynamics environments
- Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Dynamics ecosystem
