Jedox is seeking a Werkstudent (m/f/d) to join their People Team. The Werkstudent will support the People Team through the entire recruitment process, from job creation to onboarding, and will actively participate in various project initiatives. They will contribute to optimizing the recruitment processes and building talent pools.

Requirements

  • Registered Student (m/f/d) in Personnel Management, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable field
  • Reliable, structured, and meticulous work with high responsibility handling sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills with confident and friendly appearance
  • Very good German and English skills in written and spoken language
  • Availability for at least 1 year with approximately 20 hours per week
  • First experience with MS Office and a Bewerbermanagementsystem (e.g., Personio) (Ideal)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruiting tools (Ideal)
