Senior Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Build and maintain scalable backend services in AWS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for new features and systems
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve systems

Some Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Strong experience building and deploying applications in AWS
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, testing practices, and software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, remote-first teams
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
