Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working within the banking industry.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting bank deposit back-office operations.
- Experience with the Jack HenryTM SilverLake Core System, specifically the Deposit application, including operational workflows, parameter setup and maintenance.
- Ability to travel up to 35%, typically one trip per month lasting up to one week, with additional travel as needed based on client requirements.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop practical solutions.
- Communicate and interact professionally with employees, customers, and vendors.
