As a US Customs AI Specialist, you will design and refine prompt systems that translate complex U.S. customs rules into structured, compliant instruction flows. Your licensed expertise will be central to grounding AI behaviour in accurate customs logic, improving stability, precision, and regulatory compliance across the platform.

What you will do:
Develop prompt templates for commercial document review, data extraction, and classification cues.
Translate U.S. customs regulations—including HTS classification and duty/tax rules—into deterministic prompt flows.
Audit AI outputs for compliance risk, internal consistency, and alignment with brokerage and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate:
Holds an active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker credential.
Possesses deep operational understanding of U.S. customs processes and regulations.
Is familiar with prompt engineering and techniques for controlling model behaviour.
