What you will do:
Drive the company’s incorporation process in the British Virgin Islands.
Prepare and submit the application for a Virtual Asset Provider (VASP) licence.
Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures for BVI operations.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within fintech or virtual assets.
Strong understanding of British Virgin Islands financial regulations and VASP licensing.
Ability to build and manage compliance frameworks from the ground up.
