You'll design and refine prompt systems that translate complex customs rules and workflows into structured instructions, ensuring AI models produce consistent, compliant outputs. What you will do:

• Design, maintain, and refine prompt systems that support customs-related reasoning, ensuring AI models produce consistent, compliant outputs.

• Encode U.S. customs procedures into clear, reusable prompt frameworks that ground model behaviour in compliant interpretations of regulations.

• Audit outputs for compliance risk, internal consistency, and alignment with brokerage standards, building guardrails against misinterpretation.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds an active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker credential with strong operational knowledge of U.S. customs processes.

• Brings several years of experience in U.S. customs brokerage, trade compliance, or import operations.

• Understands prompt engineering principles, LLM prompt design, and how to translate regulatory logic into unambiguous prompt structures.
