As a Platform Engineer, you will be integral to our platform team, focusing on the infrastructure and tooling that empowers product teams. You'll ensure reliability, scalability, and performance, proactively identifying improvements. This role involves building best practices, driving incident learning, optimizing costs, and partnering with engineering teams on their releases.

What you will do:
Build and iterate on platform tooling and best practices, including SLIs/SLOs, to understand and optimize system performance.
Drive a culture of post-incident learning and proactive resilience testing across engineering squads.
Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage deployment pipelines in CircleCI.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 4+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, particularly with high-traffic services.
Has deep expertise with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, RDS/Postgres, and Redis.
Demonstrates a proven track record in setting SLIs/SLOs, conducting error-budget reviews, and leading incident command.
