Job Description:
Join nPlan to drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI features across the product suite. Take ideas from inception to release, working closely with product and research engineers to reshape how infrastructure gets built. What you will do:

• Drive the design and implementation of AI features across nPlan's product set, taking ideas from inception to release.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Research Engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into production systems.

• Experiment with new models and apply multiple ML/LLM approaches to extract meaningful insights from complex graph data.

The ideal candidate:

• Has shipped LLM and generative AI-based applications to production, with experience in evaluation and the development lifecycle of LLM features.

• Is proficient in Python, building APIs, and cloud-based backends, possessing a strong technical foundation for problem-solving.

• Keeps up to date with the latest AI developments, thrives on intellectual challenge, and is comfortable navigating initial ambiguity to find certainty.
