Stay safe on Himalayas

Never send money to companies. Jobs on Himalayas will never require payment from applicants.

At IUNU (“you knew”), we're amplifying the ability of growers to produce the highest quality greenhouse crops by leveraging robotics, computer vision, and AI. Our LUNA AI system is deployed at greenhouses in more than 18 countries, providing critical information like yield forecasts, pest detection and germination rates to growers on mobile and web platforms. By increasing yield and reducing waste, we're building a sustainable future full of delicious vegetables.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a greenhouse professional to join our Customer Success Team. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Leamington’s greenhouses and our global technology team across North America and the EU.

We need someone who understands the daily reality of Propagators and Vegetable growers (Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers) but wants to pivot their career into high-tech. You will be our boots-on-the-ground partner, ensuring our customers get massive value from our AI and Robotics platform.

Your Primary Focus: Building Value
You will spend your days visiting 2–3 customers in the Southern Ontario region. Your main goal is ensuring the customer is happy and the technology is being used effectively.
  • Rapport Building: ability to easily build rapport with stakeholders across an organization that drives trust
  • Adoption & Training: Teach Head Growers and labour teams how to use our software. Help them understand the data so they can make better decisions.
  • Documenting the Wins: Work with the customer to track the "wins." Did we save them labour hours? Did we improve yield accuracy? You will document this value to help us prove our worth.
  • Success Planning: Work with our global CS leadership to execute success plans that align with the grower’s crop cycles.

The "Field" Aspect (The Hybrid Skillset)
Because our software lives on physical robots in the greenhouse, this is not a desk job. We need someone who is tech-savvy and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
  • The "Get it Done" Factor: While your main job is value, you must be willing to jump in when the situation requires hands-on attention. If a robot needs a reset, a sensor needs cleaning, or you need to climb a gantry to check a connection, you are ready to do it.
  • Technical Comfort: You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable adopting new tools and learning basic hardware troubleshooting to keep the customer running.

About You:
  • Greenhouse Veteran: You have 5 years of experience in the industry. You know the difference between a bad crop day and a bad tech day.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You can explain complex greenhouse issues to a software developers in North America, Europe, and complex software issues to a grower in Leamington.
  • Tech-Ready: You use technology in your personal life and pick up new software quickly. (Linux experience is a "nice to have," but an open mind is a "must have").
  • Local & Mobile: You are based in Southern Ontario and willing to drive to local sites daily.
  • AI-Optimist: You understand that Computer Vision and AI Agents aren't here to replace growers. They are here to give them superpowers. You are comfortable working with systems that "see" and "act" (like automated scouting or yield forecasting) and can explain to a skeptical grower why the data is trustworthy.

Requirements:
  • 2-year College or University Degree
  • Experience: 5–8 Years in Greenhouse Industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to understand and translate customer business needs into actionable plans
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, retention, or adoption
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments
  • Able to spend up to 70% of your time in the field
