India only- Oversee the daily operations and usage of all company 3rd party SaaS applications.
- Ensure applications are functioning efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.
- Manage contracts, application licenses, subscriptions, and renewals to optimize costs and avoid unnecessary expenses.
- Work closely with Application Owners, Vendors, the Finance Department, Risk Management, and Security/Compliance.
- Communicate application status, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain competitive.
- Implement and enforce best practices for software maintenance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and select appropriate 3rd party applications and tools to enhance our systems.
- Monitor and track the usage of all applications to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Optimize application spending and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4+ years of experience in contract management, legal, and finance.
- Strong knowledge of contract and software management.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in collaborating with 3rd party vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work in US hours(India night shift hours) at least 1:30 pm ET is essential for this role.
- Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for learning.
- Able to attend vendor webinars.
