Engineering Manager

IP Fabric is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more feature teams focused on data processing, analytics, and user-facing insights. The role involves team leadership, technical direction, and execution ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js or Go
• Experience with distributed/event-driven systems or large-scale data processing
• Solid understanding of relational databases, caching, and messaging
• Ability to balance technical depth with people-oriented leadership
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
