VP of IT - XSY

As VP of IT at XSY, you will report directly to the CTO and be responsible for setting objectives and strategies across Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics to select and implement the most suitable technologies that streamline internal operations, optimize strategic benefits. Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure collaboration across all six core IT business areas (listed below) to achieve organizational goals and maintain a world-class IT function.

• Develop and implement strategies for IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics.
• Select and implement technology solutions to streamline internal operations and maximize strategic benefits.
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to enhance the user experience.
• Support XSY's ongoing and future transformation projects through agile solutions based on IT, cybersecurity, and data analytics strategies.
• Oversee the evaluation, deployment, and management of the IT infrastructure architecture, making decisions on current and future systems.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all levels of the organization, maintaining strong external networks to inform internal stakeholders about emerging IT trends, tools, and processes.
• Approve purchases of technology equipment and software, establishing partnerships with IT vendors.
• Manage the organization's technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) for optimal performance.
• Direct and manage IT-related projects.
• Continuously learn and develop expertise across a range of areas, working with diverse functions, businesses, and technology topics.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Be the primary user for XSY product features designed for IT organizations (SME).
• Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and recommend actions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a CIO or similar leadership role.

• Proven track record of success in leading and managing IT teams within a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and IT implementation planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and technical teams.
• A results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the blockchain industry.
• Solid grasp of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• Experience in designing and customizing technological systems and platforms.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with IT vendors and partners.
