This is a strong chance for a Frontend Support Engineer with solid experience in JS/TS and Next.js who values ownership, enjoys working close to production systems, and wants to have a tangible impact on the reliabilityof large-scale applications within mature, high-impact industries.
For this opportunity, you’ll be joining our largest client, a well-established U.S.-based company operating at scale across E-Commerce, Retail, and Healthcare. Their platforms support high-traffic, business-critical applications used daily by a large number of users, where reliability, performance, and stability are essential.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and improve an existing web application built with React and Next.js
Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues, bugs, and edge cases
Contribute to code quality improvements
Support the team in keeping the application stable, reliable, and performant
Participate in an on-call rotation to help address production incidents when required
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to understand issues and propose pragmatic solutions
Help ensure good testing coverage and frontend best practices across the codebase
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and React Hooks
End-to-end testing experience with Cypressand strong testing mentality
Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
