Requirements
- Performing service work in a designated area, including maintenance, repair, commissioning, and software updates of Intuitive products.
- Fault analysis, diagnosis, and repair of technical malfunctions in all Intuitive systems and related devices in accordance with established procedures and service-level agreements.
- Proper documentation of all service and repair measures.
- Coordination and performance of system and hardware deliveries, installations, and commissioning.
- Independent completion of all administrative tasks, including spare parts management, service reports, return merchandise authorizations (RMA), expense reimbursement, and other external service documentation within the specified deadlines.
- Function as a technical interface between manufacturer and customer.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including ensuring correct system base configurations, technical customer support in ongoing operation, support for customer training, induction, and events as needed, support and representation in adjacent or neighboring deployment areas as needed.
