Payroll
·Preparation and processing of payroll
·Reviewing timesheets and awards

·Payroll tax and work-cover
Reporting Accountabilities
·General Ledger Account Reconciliations
- Assist in interpretation of financial statements
- Preparation of monthly management reports for CFO and Finance Committee
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and year end management reports and budgets
·Assist with the annual budget process
Project Accounting
- Preparing Job Cost Performance Reports, includes preparing Staff Utilisation reports, Fees Per hour analysis, and other KPIs related to project management performance
- Raising AR invoices as per forecasts and distribute to managers to send to their clients
- Enter all supplier invoices with 100% accuracy
- Liaising and responding to project related queries as required
General Duties
- Accurately record weekly financial activities in Xero
- Recording and payment of all creditor invoices
·Daily and Weekly bank reconciliations
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
·Journal and month end processing
·Balance sheet reconciliations
·Cashflow reporting and forecasting
- Preparing budgets & forecasts and monitoring monthly
- Preparation of monthly BAS, GST and PAYG
·Annual Fringe Benefit Tax payments
·Preparation of annual payment summaries
·Management of fixed asset register
·General administration duties
- Ad-hoc projects and other duties as required from time to time
Requirements
·+5 years’ Overall Accounting experience
- At least 4yrs of Australian Accounting experience
·Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Proficient in Xero, ideally also has knowledge of other marketplace apps addons ie. expensify
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with Project Management software like WorkFlowMax, Harvest, Coincraft, Total Synergy, Monday.com etc..
