This is a remote position.
- Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and related documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with customer and sales data
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and sales events
- Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution
- Track sales metrics, pipeline status, and assistance in performance reporting
- Support compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or executive/office support
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
