Currently, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team.
The Role:
Reporting to the AVP Distribution and Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Executive position puts you in the centre of the action in a fast-paced, highly motivated sales team for a respected and established, category-defining sustainable water systems company.
Part salesperson, part researcher, part magician, the Inside Salesperson will be responsible for diving deeply into the corporate landscape of the USA and Canada to both discover viable candidates for Vivreau water programs and then transform them into long-term clients.
Our current client list is already a who’s-who of progressive innovators in their industries, but we know we are just scratching the surface. You will help us translate thoroughly researched and pre-qualified leads into closed contracts. Your focus will be organizations for which environmental sustainability, health and wellness, and impactful branding are core priorities.
You will collaborate with a small team of Lead Generators situated within Vancouver’s vibrant community at our North American HQ. From this epicentre of sustainable change, you will work the phones and digital channels to help businesses achieve their sustainable hydration objectives. You are not peddling products here; you are providing sought-after solutions.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess strong skills in listening, making informed recommendations, and gregariously seeing through leads from seed to blossom. Skills in research and data compilation, reporting, and staying on task are vital. You will be expected to demonstrate the steps you take to see an opportunity through to fruition and share your results systematically and transparently.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will bring with them a successful track record of lead conversion and sales wins in a B2B environment, along with at least two (2) years of working experience in a sales role from which a professional reference may be generated.
As Vivreau’s newest Inside Sales Executive, you have an analytical mind that lets you see the forest for the trees, and will:
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion
- Generate well-defined, clear, and measurable client outreach plans of attack and keep records of all your efforts
- Alongside the Lead Generation team, diligently research viable client prospects from a set of pre-qualifying criteria
- Employ a suite of tools to help identify key contacts and pertinent insights about all leads (tools may include, but are not limited to, MS Dynamics 365, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Hunter, etc.)
- Analyze incoming leads and add information as required to ensure follow-up is as informed as possible
- Working on retaining our existing clients and helping them with new Service Plans when needed.
- Be creative and relentless in identifying the correct contact within each corporate lead
- Stay on task with an ambitious but achievable daily, weekly, and monthly target outreach schedule

Requirements
- Two years B2B sales experience, especially phone sales
- Organization and time management
- Meticulous account management
- Ability to work with substantial amounts of data to create useful sales reports & presentations
- Online research experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, engaging phone manner
- CRM experience preferred
