About the role
AtInspectorio, the Key Accounts team is at the forefront of enabling customers to unlock the full value of our platform across quality, sustainability, and compliance functions.
As aCustomer SuccessAssociate,you’llplay a critical role in supporting ourCustomer SuccessManagers in delivering exceptional customer experiences.You’llwork on real projects that improve internal operations, support customer engagements, and contribute to driving platform adoption. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager tolearnthe SaaS business, develop customer-facing experience, and gain exposure to enterprise client management.
What you'll do
- Support theKey Accounts teamby driving operational efficiencies, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop a strong understanding of customers’ businesses, goals, and challenges.
- AssistinBusiness Reviewsand strategic check-ins with customers.
- Help prepare and present 360° views of customer health metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to renewal and invoicing activities to ensuretimelycontract continuity.
- Support customer onboarding, configuration, and training aligned to their business processes.
- Helpidentifyand resolve customer concerns and blockers to adoption.
- Stay current onInspectorio’sproduct updatesand industry developments.
- Document customer insights and internal processes to ensureknowledgecontinuity across the team.
- Conduct basicbusiness analysisand process mapping in collaboration with internal teams.
- Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate.

- Effective Communication– Prepares materials for executive-level meetings andparticipatesin strategic conversations.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset– Embraces feedback and change, eager to grow in a dynamic SaaS environment.
- Excellent English & Portuguese communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Genuine interest in SaaS software and eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment.
- Genuineinterest/ knowledge in manufacturing, supplychainor retail.
- Proficiencyin AI tools.
