Sr. Project Manager (Product Launch)

Working in support of the insightsoftware JustReconcile product, the Senior Project Manager will build positive relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact during the Early Access Program and the driving force behind the launch.

JustReconcile is a brand new Agentic AI Reconciliation tool designed to by a financial assistant to the Office of the CFO

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across all phases
  • Manage Beta/EAP program logistics and customer communications
  • Track milestones and dependencies across teams
  • Run weekly steering committee meetings
  • Manage risk register and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with insightsoftware teams for platform integration
  • Ensure compliance and security requirements are met
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement

• 7+ years’ experience managing and delivering IT implementation/Business Change projects in complex and challenging environments
