This role is within our Residency Offering, which is a solution that provides strategic technical resources to our customers on a contractual basis.

  • M-F 8-5 EDT
  • $10K-12K monthly flat fee
  • Remote/ 18 month contract
  • US Citizenship required for federal and government clients

Key Responsiblities

  • This is a customer-facing advisory role delivering unique value by removing hurdles and accelerating the usage of M365 solutions to deliver customer value and outcomes.
  • As a CSA, you will be part of a local Customer Success team that helps the clients customers successfully realize their business outcomes.
  • We are seeking a skilled technical expert for the role of Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to deliver proactive services that help customers plan, deploy, operate, and optimize their Microsoft 365 solutions. As a CSA, you will be part of a local Customer Success team that helps Microsoft customers successfully realize their business outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unique value by removing hurdles and accelerating the usage of M365 solutions to deliver customer value and outcomes.
  • Experience in the enterprise customer arena.
  • Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change and in constant learning mode.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers.
  • Face-to-face customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge & skills.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management.
  • Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solution level.
  • Ability to handle customer-critical issues and work in difficult situations.

What you will need to succeed

  • 3-5 years’ experience of supporting UC communication solutions such as Skype for Business/Teams.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Voice, video, meeting solutions, and supporting infrastructure.
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting UC/AV hardware/Microsoft Teams Room.
  • General understanding of telephony and IP Voice communication.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN/IP technology.
  • Understanding and application of security aspects of network and communication solutions.
  • 5+ years’ experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management.
  • Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly.
  • Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
  • PowerShell/Scripting experience.
  • Deep understanding of team architecture.
  • Deep troubleshooting skills with Teams.
  • Designing & implementing services of Teams.
  • Teams’ deployment.
  • Experience in assessing Microsoft Teams health checks of existing solutions, providing best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, and supporting customers on their operations in Teams environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.
