Our mission is to make XR as accessible as possible to employees within large enterprises. We are looking for an open-minded and passionate Solutions Engineer (remote) to complement our distributed team of Solutions Engineers.
As a Solutions Engineer, you work closely with our customers to evaluate, adopt and integrate our VR deployment platform into their operations and IT environment. You use your technical background knowledge and strong communication skills to mediate between both IT and business stakeholders from our customers. You are excited to work with customers from multiple industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy and AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction). Internally, you align with our agile product team about product roadmap and feature requests from the customer side. You work together with sales along the whole sales cycle and thrive to generate happy customers that are proud to promote our solutions internally and recommend them to other companies. Personally, you are a team player, keen to stay on top of the technological innovations such as cloud streaming and latest XR technologies, while being super comfortable to spend time with the customer.

What you will do
- Support business development helping with technical and business qualification of prospects in Germany and all over the world.
- Consult our prospects and customers on how to use our products to unlock the value of their use-cases.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities such as: custom demos, proof of concepts, workshops, RFPs and security assessments.
- Work closely with our partners to create synergies between products and solutions, designing technical architecture diagrams and presenting to customers.
- Manage delivery and onboard new customers, including management of deployment and technical integration projects (e.g. SSO, LMS, MDM).
- Support customers to optimize their Unity and Unreal applications, write sample code and find creative solutions to help customers achieve success.
- Write knowledge base articles and release notes and help sharing knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the voice of the customer: Ensure that our product team knows how we need to improve our product in order to improve customer satisfaction.
- Be the first user of our product: testing new releases, help distributing our software and ensure our customers get what they expect.
- Develop methodologies for automated testing of important product features.
- Coordinate technical support, answer to tickets and escalate to the right internal or external stakeholder.
- Occasionally travel to customers or industry events.
What you bring
- Passion to work in the field of the Industrial Metaverse and XR.
- Solid technical background, e.g. graduation in information systems, computer or engineering sciences.
- Fluent language skills in both German and English.
- Work experience with large enterprise customers in both business and IT departments.
- Strong communication skills and fast problem assessment.
- Solid knowledge of how 3D engines work and are being used by professionals to create VR, AR or real-time 3D applications.
- Willingness to occasional national and international travels.
- An internet connection with at least 100 MBit/s downstream at your usual place of work.
Bonus points
- Work experience and proven track record within the XR/RT3D software industry.
- Experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
- Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse.
- Comfortable with network and cloud-related topics.
- AWS and/or Azure Cloud certifications.
