About Inkle
We’re building a modern accounting and tax platform for US companies, particularly startups, small businesses, venture-backed teams, and foreign founders operating across borders. Our software combines AI-powered transaction categorization, cash-flow tracking, invoicing, deadline management, and tax filing with support from licensed CPAs and accountants. We also offer incorporation, registered-agent and mailroom, and business-dissolution services, giving customers a connected back office instead of a patchwork of separate providers.
Our products include Inkle Books, Inkle Tax, and Inkle Mailroom. Bookkeeping can be managed through our own software or through supported platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Mercury Books. Inkle is based in Bengaluru, India, and headquartered in Delaware, United States, with our operational team serving US-registered companies remotely. The platform currently reports serving more than 1,000 customers, and our first acquisition expanded our bookkeeping capabilities through the purchase of finally’s bookkeeping division.
