Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients (resellers, distributors, and wholesalers).
- Identify business opportunities and growth in product lines.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-up until sale closure.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, margin, and key brand share.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Resolve doubts, queries, and specific situations related to availability, prices, delivery times, and promotions.
- Build trust-based relationships that foster loyalty and retention.
- Closely collaborate with field executives, PMs (Product Managers), logistics, credit, and collections.
- Follow up on orders, backorders, and delivery times.
- Ensure commercial conditions are executed in accordance with internal policies.
- Update CRM (Salesforce or internal platform) with pipeline, opportunities, and client status.
- Monitor sales indicators: forecast, coverage, monthly closure, quota compliance.
- Manage dashboards, reports, and client behavior analysis.
- Promote products, vendor incentive programs, rebates, and commercial campaigns.
