Manage and develop sales opportunities through remote attention to assigned clients, ensuring commercial goals are met, market share growth, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients (resellers, distributors, and wholesalers).
  • Identify business opportunities and growth in product lines.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-up until sale closure.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, margin, and key brand share.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Resolve doubts, queries, and specific situations related to availability, prices, delivery times, and promotions.
  • Build trust-based relationships that foster loyalty and retention.
  • Closely collaborate with field executives, PMs (Product Managers), logistics, credit, and collections.
  • Follow up on orders, backorders, and delivery times.
  • Ensure commercial conditions are executed in accordance with internal policies.
  • Update CRM (Salesforce or internal platform) with pipeline, opportunities, and client status.
  • Monitor sales indicators: forecast, coverage, monthly closure, quota compliance.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, and client behavior analysis.
  • Promote products, vendor incentive programs, rebates, and commercial campaigns.
