DevSecOps Engineer (Security / CI/CD / Embedded Systems)

We are currently conducting a recruitment process for our client – an international engineering company delivering advanced technological projects in the areas of embedded systems, industrial automation, and digitalization. The organization operates globally, supporting the development of modern products and solutions across various industries.

We are looking for a specialist who will join a team responsible for developing secure software delivery processes and modern CI/CD environments within embedded projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security

• Integrate security tools across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Automate processes related to building, testing, and deploying software

• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure high-quality and secure solutions

• Identify potential threats and implement mechanisms to mitigate risks in the development process

• Participate in projects related to embedded systems and Linux/RTOS environments

Requirements:

• Experience in DevOps / DevSecOps and working with CI/CD pipelines

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and automation tools

• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)

• Understanding of application and infrastructure security principles

• Experience with cloud platforms and/or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Good command of English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with embedded systems (Embedded Linux, RTOS)

• Knowledge of security standards in industrial environments

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
