WalkMe Learning & Content Developer Consultant US Southeast - Contract/1099

We are looking for a rock star WalkMe Learning Consultant & Content Developer to join our growing ISG Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting services team with a focus on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in a client-facing role.

Requirements

• Recommend best practices for utilization of the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for assigned projects
• Develop technology adoption content using the WalkMe platform for assigned engagements
• Apply time management and project management skills to deliver assigned deliverables according to project timelines & standards
• Develop training solutions using WalkMe (e.g., DAP Content, eLearning courses, quick reference guides, and work instructions)
• Ensure standards are followed to meet defined quality standards, client requirements and exceed client expectations
• Utilize effective consulting and communications skills to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members
• Update Development Tracker for assigned projects, and communicate status to the appropriate team leadership and client stakeholders on a scheduled basis
• Promptly identify issues or risks to Leadership and recommend solutions
