Requirements
- 7-15 years recent experience with managing transformation projects in a complex university or academic medical center environment
- Multi-module experience with enterprise application implementations (Ellucian, Oracle, SAP, Workday) and/or experience with enterprise transformation or merger/integration projects
- Higher education experience
- Demonstrates working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience as an effective member of a professional team
- Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
- Complete transformation/systems implementation project life cycle experience
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree(s) desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable
- Prior professional career focused on higher education desirable
- Research university and/or academic medical center experience desirable
