The Channel Sales Director will be responsible for expanding and optimizing Infor’s partner ecosystem across a defined region or vertical. This role requires a proven leader who can identify, onboard, and activate channel partners to drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a partner recruitment and growth strategy aligned with Infor’s go-to-market objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales targets and partner business plans.
- Drive joint business planning, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with field sales to support partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Ensure partners are fully enabled and certified on Infor’s product portfolio and cloud solutions.
- Champion partner needs internally while ensuring compliance with Infor’s policies and standards.
- Leverage data and KPIs to measure partner performance and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the regional liaison for global alliance initiatives and strategic ISV relationships when applicable.
