Account Executive, Learning Solutions | Remote

Position type: Full-time employee

Location: Remote from India, with travel

We’re looking for an Account Executive to support new business growth and account expansion across enterprise learning and workforce solutions.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career sales professional who wants to build consultative selling skills and grow into full ownership of the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with experienced sellers, contribute to active deals, and play a key role in building pipeline and supporting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support new business development through prospecting, research, and lead follow-up
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts under guidance
    • Participate in client conversations and help move opportunities forward
    • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates
    • Partner with internal teams to support client relationships and delivery
    • Contribute to pipeline growth and overall sales performance

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role
    • Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling
    • Strong communication skills and professional client engagement
    • High level of ownership, organization, and follow-through
    • Motivation to learn and grow within a sales career path
