This is a remote position.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
Design basic creatives using tools like Canva
Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs
Engage with followers: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions
Monitor trends and suggest content ideas and strategies
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (engagement, growth, reach, etc.)
Repurpose long-form content into social-ready formats (e.g., quotes, reels, carousels)
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistency in tone and posting
Coordinate with the client/team for updates, approvals, and feedback
Requirements
1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients
Excellent written English and understanding of different platform tones
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, adobe
Good understanding of analytics and what drives engagement
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Availability duringU.S. night hours
Good to Have:Experience with video editing (basic reels/Tiktoks)
Knowledge of paid ads, targeting, and boosting posts
Exposure to influencer outreach or community building
