About the Role:
We are looking for ahighly organized and hands-on Accounting & General Client Success Managerto lead and manage a team ofAccounting Virtual Assistants and Administrative Virtual Assistantssupporting US-based clients. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, people management skills, and operational oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial OversightOversee accounting operations handled by Accounting Virtual Assistants (bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll support, reporting).
Review work quality and ensure compliance with client-specific accounting standards and timelines.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with clients on financial deliverables and clarifications when required.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
3-5 years of experiencein accounting, operations, or team management roles.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
Experience managing remote or virtual teams is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
Strong documentation and SOP-building skills.
Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant / BPO / KPO environment.
