No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

Infinite Reality is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Platform Product Team. This is a remote position within the continental US, and you'll report directly to Ross Derham, Director of Product. You’ll lead the development of generative AI and large language model features to allow users to seamlessly create 3D worlds. You'll collaborate with engineers, artists, and designers to integrate AI into our world building process and expand the possibilities of interactive digital experiences.

What you’ll do

• Guide 3D Platform Creation: Oversee the process of creating a 3D creation platform, from UI/UX design to back-end systems.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with engineers, designers, and content creators to ensure an efficient asset creation process.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain platform performance and facilitate ease of deployment across various devices and operating systems.
• Integrate AI Features: Work directly with the iR Studio team to incorporate AI capabilities into creator tools.
• Plan Future Development: Help create and manage a feature development plan based on user needs, company goals, and industry trends.
• Gather User Feedback: Collect feedback from users and support the growth of the creator community.
• Track Progress and Analyze Data: Measure the quality, usage, and impact of assets and features to support data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll bring

• Product/Program Management Experience: 1-3 years of experience in creating and managing 3D real-time engines, games, or immersive experiences.
• Understanding of 3D Technology: Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, content creation, and optimization for web and real-time engines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams from various disciplines, including engineering, art, and product.
• User Focus: Commitment to creating excellent user experiences (UX).
• Familiarity with Development Tools: Knowledge of the SDLC process and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro is beneficial.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data, research, and industry trends to inform decisions.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Capability to adapt to change and address ambiguous problems in a rapidly evolving technological environment.

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

• Knowledge of Integrations: Understanding of API integrations, SDKs, content delivery, AI models, and asset versioning systems.
• Experience with Web 3D: Familiarity with frameworks such as Three.js, WebGL, WebGPU, or Babylon.js.
• Platform Development Experience: Experience in building or supporting platforms for creators or developers.
• Interest in Innovation: Enthusiasm for immersive design, XR, and the application of AI to enhance creative tools.
