Requirements
- Availability to work in EST hours
- Advanced English for conversation, reading, and writing.
- Professional experience working in software engineering teams
- 5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack web development in production, using NodeJS/Typescript and React
- History of success in project execution
- Experience in dividing product requirements into manageable engineering tasks and working with the team to complete them
- Disposition to transform abstract business needs and problems into concrete tasks, in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Disposition to defend team needs and get involved in strategic decisions
- Solid experience with API technologies
- Solid experience with RDBMS technologies
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience with high-traffic web applications
- Understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms, as well as experience in creating and evaluating technical design documents
- Experience working with full-stack teams that support a vertical slice of the product
- Experience building REST backend APIs using Golang
- Familiarity with SRE best practices (such as SLOs, KPIs, post-mortems, incident management, toil reduction, etc.)
- Understanding of agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and willingness to adapt and define software development processes
- Experience defining technical roadmaps and initiatives, as well as leadership in guilds between teams
