IFRS Foundation

The IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit organization responsible for developing global accounting and sustainability disclosure standards, known as IFRS Standards. Founded to promote transparency and accountability in financial reporting, the Foundation supports two main standard-setting boards: the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
