Primary Responsibilities:Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes Install, integrate, configure, and deploy of IAM solutionsDevelop and perform testing for IAM solutionsProvide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessaryMaintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLCTroubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product supportRemain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practicesCommunicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risksPossess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAble to work in a team settings and multi-task environmentAuthor technical documentationPerform other duties as assigned
Experience and Requirements
- NERM experience is a definite plus
- 5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience
- 5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments
- 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience
- Troubleshooting skills are also a must
